Huppily strives to create a dynamic, safe, and welcoming space where individuals can freely express themselves and engage with others. The aim of these guiding principles is to set clear expectations for user behavior, both on and off the app. Understanding and adhering to these guidelines is crucial, as failure to comply may result in actions ranging from a warning to account suspension.

Recognize and Respect Individual Boundaries

We strictly prohibit displaying nudity and sexual content in public profiles. In private interactions, such content is allowed only with mutual consent.

Be Cautious with Personal Information

Refrain from sharing personal details like contact numbers, emails, or social media profiles publicly. Disclosing sensitive data like banking or email passwords is strongly discouraged. Do not ask others for their personal information. Be careful when engaging in financial dealings with fellow users.
No Violent Content

We strictly ban content related to violence, gore, death, aggressive acts (against people or animals), use of weapons, or promoting self-harm. In urgent danger situations, we might provide crisis assistance.
Personal Connections over Commercial
Huppily is not a platform for business marketing, ads, increasing social media followers, sales, fundraising, or political activities.
Authenticity Matters
We value genuine interactions. Do not create false profiles or impersonate others, even humorously.
Respectful Communication

With a diverse community, respect is essential. If a discussion becomes uncomfortable, take a moment before replying. Harassment, threats, bullying, intimidation, doxing, sextortion, blackmail, or causing deliberate harm are strictly off-limits.
Huppily firmly opposes racism, bigotry, and violence. Discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, body type, gender, gender identity, age, national origin, or sexual orientation is not tolerated. If someone doesn’t align with your preferences, simply dislike or unmatch them. Report only violations of policies.
Adults Only
Huppily is limited to users 18 and above. Images of minors, whether clothed or not, are forbidden.
Abide by the Law

Illegal activities or content, including drug deals, counterfeit goods, minor exploitation, or human trafficking, are prohibited.

One Account Rule
Each user should maintain a single, unique account for privacy and management reasons.
Share Your Content
Only post others’ images or messages with their permission, and avoid sharing copyrighted material.
Responsible Community Engagement
Misusing Huppily, spreading misinformation, spamming, creating multiple accounts, manipulating others, making false reports, or using unauthorized apps to modify the service are violations.
As a member of the Huppily community, you are encouraged to report any uncomfortable or rule-breaking behavior. All reports are confidential and essential in preventing harmful conduct and protecting others.
Policy Enforcement and Consequences
We are dedicated to upholding these principles to foster a positive community. Depending on the violation, consequences may range from warnings to more severe measures. We reserve the right to terminate accounts without reimbursement for misuse or actions deemed inappropriate, illegal, or in violation of our Community Guidelines or Terms of Use, including incidents involving users met through Huppily outside the service.
